Kematangan Karir yang di Pengaruhi Oleh Self Efficacy dan Dukungan Sosial

Abstract
This study aims to explore the influence of self-efficacy and social support on the career maturity of vocational students at SMKN 3 Boyolangu. Self-efficacy plays an important role in helping students make career decisions and face various challenges. This study used multiple linear regression analysis methods with a sample of 86 students from the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Expertise Program as samples, with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that self-efficacy contributed 23.4% to career maturity, while social support contributed 35%. Simultaneously, the two variables contributed 24.4% to students' career maturity. This study highlights the importance of self-efficacy and social support in supporting vocational students' career maturity.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh keyakinan diri (self-efficacy) dan dukungan sosial terhadap kematangan karir siswa SMK di SMKN 3 Boyolangu. Self-efficacy berperan penting dalam membantu siswa membuat keputusan karir serta menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan sampel 86 siswa dari Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif sebagai sampel, dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy memberikan kontribusi sebesar 23,4% terhadap kematangan karir, sedangkan dukungan sosial memberikan kontribusi sebesar 35%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24,4% terhadap kematangan karir siswa. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya self-efficacy dan dukungan sosial dalam mendukung kematangan karir siswa SMK.
