Abstract

Management of laboratory facilities and infrastructure is very important in supporting education. This research is to describe the form of implementation, identify problems and solutions in the management of facilities and infrastructure in the combustion engine laboratory. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data was taken through observation, documentation and interviews with department goods managers, labor heads and technicians. The research results show that the implementation of infrastructure management in the combustion engine laboratory has fulfilled the existing scope and has been managed well. The length of procurement and disposal of goods has been the main obstacle faced over the years. The solution is to develop standard standards for the process or stages of procurement and good disposal of goods as well as setting a good schedule and implementing it according to the schedule that has been determined.
